About us

Who we are

HarmonyOS.eu is an explainer project by CadizNet (Seville, Spain). We explain HarmonyOS, Huawei's operating system, in plain and visual language for people who want to understand what it is, people thinking about buying a device and people who want to build apps.

We are an independent website: we have no commercial relationship with Huawei or any manufacturer. HarmonyOS and Huawei are trademarks of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. The Spanish version of this site is at harmonyos.es.

How we write our content

• We start from official sources (Huawei, OpenHarmony), analysts such as Counterpoint Research and specialist media. Every page lists its sources at the end and shows when it was last updated.
• Ecosystem figures (devices, apps, developers) are those reported by Huawei; we always say so.
• We review our pages with every new HarmonyOS version and every major launch.
• We do not accept sponsored content.

If you spot an error or outdated information, write to us at [email protected]. We will review and fix it.

How we select news

The news section is updated automatically from the public RSS feeds of the sources listed below. A program keeps the headlines that talk about HarmonyOS, sorts them into new devices, operating system, developers and ecosystem, and removes duplicates.

• We only show the headline, a short excerpt and a link to the original article; the full content belongs to each outlet.
• News items are not reviewed by HarmonyOS.eu: each source is responsible for its own content.
